My family and I had an incredible experience at Jocelyne Chidiac Hair 20/12/25! From the first phone call, to the booking process and walking in with my two year old, the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this hair salon for all aspects of hair, especially cutting children's hair. After being told by other hairdressers and Drs, that my two year old needed to have her shaved due to bald patches, I made the booking. Jocelyne and her incredible team not only reassured me and my husband that it was normal for toldlers to have some small bald patches, but advised it was not necessary to shave her head. Jocelyne personally came to look at my daughters hair and proceeded to give it a big trim. Her professional advise was not only reassuring but a comfort to both of us, knowing the previous advise given was wrong. She made the experience easy and was so amazing in keeping my daughter calm during the whole process. Her team went above and beyond for me and my family, especially as first time clients. To all the mums out there with little girls needing a trim, look no further than this amazing salon. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Very happy with the transformation of my hair at Jocelyne Chidiac hair. Mona was fantastic, she took very good care of my hair and ensured that the bleaching process came to a halt when my hair could no longer handle it. I could tell that she was passionate about her job and made sure that everything was perfect. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.
